About The Role:
A unique opportunity has presented for an experienced administrator to drive our office function in Perth. The right person for us, will have previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager or Office Administrator in hospitality and is seeking to launch their career within operations.
Answering directly to the General Manager and working closely with our Head Chef you will be privy to confidential information that will require you to show us a level of integrity and trust, in turn you will be given the opportunity to understand how our busy and successful restaurant operates and take ownership of our office function. You must be available to work between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Employee experience & HR; recruitment, on boarding & new starters.
- Training support : working closely with our JI Training Manager.
- Reservations; management of bookings & social media queries.
- Administration duties; Highly organised & thorough day to day admin.
- In-venue meetings ; agendas, minutes, actions & scheduling.
- Financial management; accounts receivable & cash reconciliation.
- Liaison with building management, supplier & trade contractors.
- Managing stock & maintenance for; office supplies, first aid & WHS.
- Maintaining in venue information to ensure compliance & currency.
