About the Role:
Jamie's Italian seeks an experienced leader to take ownership of the day to day running of our restaurant and provide key support to the General Manager. Responsibilities include; a massive customer experience focus, effective people management, recruitment, training & retention, financial profitability and compliance. Basically, this person runs the show to enable our General Manager to make Jamie's Italian Adelaide a huge success!

Responsibilities:
- Lead & be an ambassador of our brand. Build succession, inspire & coach the team to unleash their full performance potential.
- Staff management including; recruitment, development & retention.
- Assist our GM to maximise sales opportunities; deliver agreed sales, volume targets & analysis of profit & loss.
- Prepare & deliver accurate labour forecasting in line with budget.
- Support Head Chef to facilitate a smooth-running restaurant service.
- Provide excellence in guest experience through; world class service delivery, consistent food quality & systems management.
- Total compliance for WHS, food safety, company & legislated policies.
The right person must have at least 2 years previous experience working in a restaurant manager role within a high-volume restaurant, be a superb people manager and be someone who absolutely loves what they do!
